These terms govern your use of this website and any estimate requested through it.

Estimates and pricing

Prices shown on this site are starting prices, not fixed quotes. As stated on our pricing page, final pricing depends on volume, weight, accessibility, and disposal fees. An estimate becomes binding only once we have confirmed it with you directly for your specific job.

Quote requests

Submitting the quote form does not create a contract or reserve a date. We will contact you to confirm scope, price, and scheduling. Either of us may decline the work before it begins.

Scope of work

We cannot accept hazardous materials, including paint, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, and medical waste. We may decline items that are unsafe to handle or that we are not permitted to dispose of. Water removal services cover extraction only and do not include structural drying, mold remediation, or restoration.

Your property

You confirm that you own the items being removed or are authorised to have them removed, and that you have the right to grant us access to the property.
